ACCOUNT SECURITY STANDARDS

How We Handle Data, Cookies and Account Security

Your account security and data integrity are managed through specific controls built into how spinwin operates.

Data Handling

We store personal data on encrypted servers. Payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are tokenised and never stored in plain text. Data is retained only for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how you move through the platform. You can manage cookie preferences through the settings panel in your account without affecting core functionality.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available for all accounts. We flag unusual login attempts automatically and send an alert to your registered contact. You can freeze your account instantly from the security tab if you suspect unauthorised access.

Data Retention

Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits are retained for seven years in line with standard financial record-keeping practice. Non-transactional profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified account closure.

Who to Contact

Our Data Officer handles all access, correction and erasure requests. You can reach them directly through the email address listed in the support section. Requests are logged, acknowledged and completed within the statutory timeframe.

Requesting Changes

To update incorrect data, request a copy of your record, or ask for erasure, submit a request through your account portal or via email. We verify your identity before processing any change to protect your account from third-party interference.

Common Legal Questions About Your Account

We've gathered the questions we hear most often about account terms, data rights and policy changes. If your question isn't here, contact us directly and we will respond within two working days.
